The Window Guys was established in 1997 by a Native Houstonian Rick Morrow as a new company staffed with professional technicians, sales, and support staff who have years of experience in the replacement window industry. Since its modest opening with a 700 square foot office/showroom, The Window Guys has grown to its current two full-sized showrooms with freeway frontages, and a total of 6,000 square feet in adjacent warehouses.

The Window Guys is proud to be a member of both the Better Business Bureau and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (N.A.R.I.), and to abide by the ethical and professional standards of both organizations.

The Window Guys represents most national and regional manufacturers of quality replacement windows, residential doors, and sidings. Its products are custom-made to the specifications of the customer, and carry the manufacturers' warranties, which are usually "Lifetime Product Warranties." The Window Guys also provides a written labor warranty for its installations.

The Window Guys has established a proud reputation for selling only top-line merchandise, competitively priced, and installing the products in a professional manner. The rapid growth in annual sales has been accelerated by satisfied customers who have referred their family, friends, and acquaintances.

The Window Guys has showroom hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays, and other hours by appointment. No charge is made for in-home estimates within 100 miles of showrooms. References available upon request.
